Cobblestone Lake Apple Valley Real Estate Market Update

Here is the real estate market update for Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley for the week. Inventory is up slightly from last week, there are now currently 40 active listings in Cobblestone Lake compared to 37 from the week prior. Of those 40 active listings, 25 are townhouses, 2 are twin homes and 13 are single family homes.

  • The highest priced listing remains at $669,800
  • The lowest priced listing is still $168,712
  • 1 home is pending compared to 2 last week
  • No homes have gone pending as of June 23, 2008
  • As if June 1, 1 home has gone pending
  • As of January 1, 2008 there have been 20 sold listings
