Sell Your Home
By Jason Sandquist • Jun 25th, 2008 • Category: FeaturesSelling your home…where do you start? Ok, this process can be time consuming but worth while! When selling your home you obviously should interview a few agents, look not only for their marketing plan but also their personality, communication style, organization etc. You need to feel comfortable with who you are working with. Years in the business does not always get the job done. How you perceive your agent is most likely how others will as well. If they are open and friendly you can imagine how they will be at open houses and marketing your home. If they are quiet, laid back…Hmmm
There are many factors in selling your home! Correct pricing, staging, time on the market…this is not as easy as it once was. It takes time to sell even with all the right conditions. A good agent will have knowledge of all of these factors and continue to check them throughout the process. Markets change, new listings come up…you need to be one step ahead. Some say it is a bad time to sell and others say it is a good time. If you are ready to move, need to move or just want to, then it is the right time! Your biggest challenge will be to select the right agent that fits your needs/style.
