Currently there are 43 active listings in the neighborhood and of those 43 listings, 28 are townhouses, 13 are single family homes and 2 are twin homes. Townhouses are up 3 from last week.
- Highest priced listing is a twin home at $669,800
- Lowest priced listing dipped from $168,712 to $168,500 (Sort of an odd drop)
- No homes are pending
- 21 homes have sold in Cobblestone Lake since January 1st
